AstrologyGround is a live astrology wallpaper built on real chart calculations.
Behind the calm desktop scene is astrology calculation work. The wallpaper needs a natal chart, current sky positions, and live transits that can move in relation to that chart.
We built a custom astrology engine to handle those calculations inside AstrologyGround.
Why calculations matter
Decorative astrology art can use symbols loosely. A calculated natal chart wallpaper has a different job.
It must know the birth chart reference. It must know where the current sky is. It must make the relationship between those two things visible without turning the desktop into a dashboard.
AstrologyGround uses calculation to make the wallpaper personal. Each visible element should earn its astrological meaning without adding noise to the desktop.

Why a wallpaper needs a different engine shape
Many astrology tools are built around charts, reports, feeds, or one-time lookups. AstrologyGround has a quieter interface problem.
The engine has to serve a wallpaper. That means the calculated state should be steady, readable, and efficient enough to live behind normal desktop work.
The technical work should disappear into the product. If the engine is doing its job, the user sees calm motion rather than machinery.
Natal chart first, live transits around it
AstrologyGround starts with the natal chart. That chart is the stable reference point for the wallpaper.
Live transits are the current sky in motion. They matter because they move in relation to the natal chart, not because planets are attractive objects on a screen.
That relationship separates a calculated live astrology wallpaper from generic planet animation and static zodiac wallpaper.
Local Birth Data as a technical boundary
Birth Data means the birth date, time, and location used to create a natal chart. AstrologyGround is designed so birth data stays local on your device.
That privacy claim works only if the product architecture supports it. Local calculation lets the app create the chart experience without turning Birth Data into a web account dependency.
Website analytics are separate from App Privacy. The website can measure broad page usage without reading or inferring a birth chart.
Calm interface, serious machinery
AstrologyGround should feel calm, but calm does not mean shallow.
The custom engine exists so the visible product can stay simple. It gives the wallpaper a real astrological basis while keeping the interface out of the user’s way.
Our product standard is simple: technical depth should let AstrologyGround remain quiet on the desktop.
What this makes possible
A custom astrology engine gives AstrologyGround control over the relationship between chart data, live transits, and desktop presentation.
It makes the product less dependent on generic astrology surfaces. It also gives DagazLabs room to improve the wallpaper experience without changing the core promise.
